We were looking to move from WA sate To South Carolina and looking for all realtor, we were given Josh Minico’s name as a good reliable Realtor! As you can imagine this could have been a very stressful time and so many things could have gone wrong. We found a house on line and Josh was amazing he did a video walk thru for us held our hands explaining every step along the way. He made sure we had all the necessary inspections done and kept us informed of what was going on. There was a 3 hour time difference and I would call forgetting it was late in South Carolina but he was always so kind and gracious. The day we arrived in SC he met us at the house and then took us to sign paperwork. We had our keys the same day. He made our move across the country seamless! He was the calm in the storm.
